Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 60th film is progressing on a rapid pace. The first schedule has been completed in Binny Mills Chennai. Two songs including Vijay's intro song in the film and a few important scenes were canned in the first schedule.

The 'Vijay 60' team is currently busy with the second schedule of shoot in Hyderabad. This schedule will reportedly go on till the 25th of June. A wedding song featuring the lead pair Vijay and Keerthy Suresh will be shot in this schedule and also a few crucial scenes between Vijay and Aparna Vinod the second heroine of the film.

After finishing the Hyderabad schedule, sources say that the Vijay 60 team will catch the flight to Switzerland for the third schedule of the shoot. Details of what will be shot in this abroad schedule will be known soon.

'Vijay 60' is being directed by Bharathan of 'Azhagiya Tamil Magan' fame. The film is being produced by the prestigious Vijaya Productions banner.
