Ilayathalapathy Vijay's landmark 60th film is right on track of its schedule. It is reliably learnt that over 70% of the film's shoot has been completed.

Last week the 'Vijay 60' team headed by the director Bharathan started a new schedule at Rajeev Gandhi Salai (OMR), Chennai. This schedule which involved the canning of some combination scenes between the lead pair Vijay and Keerth Suresh will end today (August 22).

Sources reveal that the team will take a short break and commence the next schedule in the first week of September again in Chennai. The entire shoot is expected to be wrapped up by early October and the film will hit the screens as a Pongal 2017 treat if all things go as per the plan.

Meanwhile, an interesting trivia coming from a source states that the title and the First look poster of 'Vijay 60' will be revealed around Deepavali festival season in October last.

We will have to wait for the official announcement.
