It’s a well known fact that the Neduvasal hydrocarbon project was severely protested against by the people of Tamil Nadu. Even leading names from the political and film fraternity voiced out and stood by the common man for the project to be not implemented. 

The good news is that the company associated with the Hydro Carbon has planned to drop the project and and has sought the government for another place. Sharing this happy news, Vishal has written an endearing message of appreciation to all the protesters for the cause.

It’s also worth mentioning here that the actor himself had filed a case earlier seeking the ban of the much controversial project. On the professional front, Vishal’s ‘Irumbu Thirai’ is all set to hit the screens tomorrow which has Samantha and Arjun as well in the lead roles and directed by PS Mithran.
