Young director Vignesh Shivn had created waves with his debut Poda Podi, a new age love story with dance backdrop starring Simbu - Varalaxmi, and later scored a blockbuster with Vijay Sethupathi - Nayanthara starrer Naanum Rowdythaan, and had last directed the Pongal 2018 release Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, the remake of Special Chabbis that starred Suriya and Keerthy Suresh.

With fans waiting for the announcement of the next directorial venture of Vignesh Shivn, reportedly the director who had already donned the avatar of a lyricist as well, is all set to take his next avatar, as he will be donning the producer's hat for an upcoming project which is brewing.

Speculations are that, director Milind Rau who had made his debut with the 2017 horror flick Aval starring Siddharth and Andrea Jeremiah, is all set to join hands with Nayanthara for a female centric project, and that this movie will be produced by none other than Vignesh Shivn. An official announcement is expected soon.
