Vidya Balan's first brush with action

  • IndiaGlitz, [Friday,September 17 2010]

One would have mostly seen our charming faced Vidya Balan playing the characters which are quite simple, coy, gentle and all that girly… But people, be prepared to see her ‘cruel’ side as well!

Buzz is that the chulbuli actress for the first time will feature as a rough character in Sujoy Ghosh's forthcoming film. In this one, Vidya will play the role of a woman who gets betrayed by the people she trusts and how she settles scores with them. In fact our birdies heard that this untitled film is inspired by 'Kill Bill' which was a top revenge drama and Vidya's role is similar to the one played by Uma Thurman in the original.

Interestingly, one can watch Balan performing stunts and high action sequences! Phew!

Well, naturally the actress is super excited to get the film on floors now and similarly so are we, to watch the ‘Parineeta’ beauty in ‘action’…. What say?
