No my dears... The lady Khan of B-town is not going to feature in the remake of Indian cinema’s cult film ‘Mother India’. But as a mark of tribute to that iconic project and, especially to the classic era of Hindi cine industry, Vidya Balan has donned the grease paint to be the modern day Nargis.

Vidya poses in the ditto Nargis style from ‘Mother India’ for the cover page of CineBlitz’s April issue. The actress has been chosen to pay tribute to the 100 years of Hindi cinema.

After making high impression with her previous films ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’, Vidya Balan is all set to woo the audience with loud and colourful avatar in Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Ghanchakkar’.
