The sizzling and talented Ooh La La Vidya Balan is next to join the "action" bandwagaon...

Buzz is that the charming actress will have ample scope to kick some action in the forthcoming sequel of 2012 hit thriller ‘Kahaani’. According to the film’s director Sujoy Ghosh ‘Kahaani 2’ will present a "new" Vidya Balan where she will get to feature in some action sequences.

Not only this; it is said that for getting a new avatar, the filmmaker has even requested Vidya to work on her physical image to keep in tune with the storyline. "So as the script demands, I had asked her to be in shape. There will be some physical activities that Vidya will have to do in the film," quoted Sujoy in an interview.

While the script of ‘Kahaani 2’ is gradually getting ready, talks are that the sequel will repeat some of the characters from the original. The second version is expected to go on floors next year and it will include few portions shot in Kolkata - the same location which served as backdrop for the original.
