'Vidudhala Part 1', starring Soori and Vijay Sethupathi, had its trailer released today. The film will hit the screens on April 15 in Telugu.

Also starring Bhavani Sri, Chetan, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Rajiv Menon, Ilavarasu, Munnar Ramesh and Saravana Subbiah, the experimentally dramatic and solid entertainer is produced by RS Infotainment. Produced by Elred Kumar, the Geeta Arts release in Telugu is directed by Vetri Maaran.

R Velraj, R Ramar, Jacki, the Peter Hein-Stun Siva duo, Jeyamohan, and Prathap have handled cinematography, editing, art direction, stunts, story and special effects, respectively.

By releasing a trailer that lasts nearly 2 minutes and 40 minutes, the makers of the Tamil movie have only shown supreme confidence in the material. The release date announcement has a 'Kantara' parallel. 'Kantara' too was released in Telugu two weeks after its original was released (in Kannada). 'Vidudhala', too, is coming out two weeks after its Tamil version's release.
