Director Manikandan's debut film 'Kaakka Muttai' garnered phenomenal acclaim in various International film festivals before getting released in India. Now his second directorial has also been selected for screening in a festival of world films before its theatrical release.

Manikandan has completed shooting his second film 'Kutramey Dhandanai' long back. The film stars Vidharth in the lead role who has also produced the film. Isaignani Ilaiyaraja has completed the re-recording for the film which does not have any songs.

Now 'Kutramey Dhandanai' has been selected for screening in the International Film Festivals to be held in Kerala and Mumbai.

Vidharth is on cloud nine as his first production venture has been selected for screening in International film festivals and he is quite confident of the film's critical and commercial success.
