After delivering 'Kaaka Muttai' which was one of the most praised and commercially successful films of last year, director Manikandan is all set to team up with versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi and Rithika Singh of 'Irudhi Suttru' fame for a new film titled as 'Aandavan Kattalai'.
This will be the third feature film of the young filmmaker while his second flick 'Kutramey Dhandanai' has been in the making for long. This film stars Vidharth and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles. Aishwarya played an important and memorable role in 'Kaaka Muttai'.
The first look poster of the film has been launched today by Vijay Sethupathi. This comes with the assurance that the film is fast nearing completion and can be expected to hit the screens very soon.
Though Vidharth and Aishwarya acting in this film were known for long the remaining cast and crew details were kept under wraps. They have been revealed now and here is all you need to know about those who are part of this coveted project.
'Kutramey Dhandanai' will have the musical score of 'Isaignani' Ilaiyaraja who has completed 1000 films and still busily composing music for films in various languages.
The film is being produced by Hariharanaganathan, S.Muthu and S.Kaleeshwaran of Don Productions and Trident Arts banner. KR Films has will be releasing the film in theaters.
The supporting cast includes veteran Nasser, Rahman, Guru Somasundaram, Pooja Balu, Pasi Sathya, Marimuthu, Rajasekar and Yogi Babu.
Anu Charan who had directed 'Kirumi' with the story written by Manikandan wil take care of Editing this film. The story of 'Kutramey Dhandanai' has been penned by Manikandan along with Anand Annamalai. Art direction is by Balasubramanian and Vijay Adhinathan. Rajakrishnan M.R. has taken care of the Audiography while Sound Design is by Anand Krihsnamoorthy.
Director Manikandan will be handling the camera for this film like he did for 'Kaaka Muttai'.
