It is a known fact that actor Tovino Thomas is a fitness freak. Amid lockdown, the actor has been giving us major fitness goals by posting his workout videos and stills. Recently, the actor uploaded a short video of him doing a headstand and also a headstand split. The video is jaw-dropping and is sure to have inspired all his followers. 

Earlier, the actor had treated his fans by doing a plyometric pushup. 

On the work front, he was last seen in the movie Forensic written by Akhil Paul and Anas Khan. His upcoming releases are 'Kilometers & Kilometers' and 'Kurup'. He also has ‘Minnal Murali’, ‘Karachi 81’, and ‘Ajayante Randam Moshanam’ in the pipeline.
