On September 2, when Pawan Kalyan celebrated his birthday, the actor-politician was in for a pleasant surprise when a fan art reached him. The pencil-sketch was drawn by one Swapna, a differently-abled person. Since she is handicapped, the fangirl drew Power Star's image with her mouth. Addressing PK as 'Anna', an emotional Swapna expressed delight over her work.

Acknowledging the birthday gift, the Jana Sena chief called it beautiful and promised Swapna that he will definitely meet her when he visits Vizag. The 'Vakeel Saab' actor referred to her as 'Bangaru Thalli'. "The sketch was brought to my attention by Jana Sainiks," Pawan added.
