Victory Venkatesh meets cricketers

Popular hero Victory Venkatesh met the Indian cricket team at Hotel Taj Krishna in Hyderabad on October 3.

He congratulated the team for winning the World Cup in the recent Twenty20 matches and wished the team all the best for their ensuing third one-day international match to be played against Australia at Uppal Stadium in Hyderabad on October 5.

Later, Venkatesh had also participated in the dinner that was hosted by State Minister JC Diwakar Reddy to the Indian team at his residence, along with State Chief Minister Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and other ministers.

Box office analysis

Box office is known to throw a surprise or two every now and then. On the face value, it always seemed that JOHNNY GADDAAR would have an edge over DIL DOSTI ETC. in the opening weekend, even though on the lower side. None of the two films were expected to make much waves on their release and all depended upon the actual credentials and word of mouth. What actually transpired was just the opposite.
