At last Dr Nagendra Prasad fourth directorial venture 'Vinayaka Gelayara Balaga' has sailed through the rough weather and completed 50 days in a few theatres in Karnataka!

Dr Nagendra Prasad a well known lyricist of Kannada cinema from the early 2000 directed films like Nanda, Ambi, Meghave Meghave but somehow his craftsmanship was sinking in the box office collection. 'Vinayaka Geleyara Balaga' the film with periodic story in it shot in steady camera for the first time by Safety Prakash taken good opening and despite of rain and series of films releasing went up to 50 days.

Like Krishnan Marriage story that is also heading for 50 days Vinayaka Geleyara Balaga went to the people before release and created awareness to gather attention. Vijaya Raghavendra, Meghana, Shobaraj, Gurudut took good notice from VGB with very good music from V Harikrishna.

Krishnan Marriage story starring Ajay Rao and Nidhi Subbaiah with fantastic opening came to 50 to 60 percent collection in the fourth week. It is now in the 6th week has no deficit in any of the theatres. Nutan Umesh is the debutant director from this film. V Sridhar music is another highly appreciated factor of this film.
