Kollywood is seeing a new trend of late, more precisely in the musical front. The latest trend is to release a single song before the music album of the film is launched. This fad which was set by Yuvan Shankar Raja has become popular among the film folks.

The latest single that has created a flurry among film lovers is ‘Why this Kolaveri Di…’ from the Aishwarya Dhush directed ‘3.’ Soon there will be yet another catchy number, this time from Linguswamy directed ‘Vettai.’ This film with Madhavan, Arya, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

This single song which will soon see a release begins ‘Papparappa…’ and is touted to become a craze, by media gurus. The song has been crooned by Yuvan and will release on December 12. The song is a peppy number. Na. Muthukumar has penned the lyrics for all the songs in this film. After a week of this single’s release the entire album will be released during the audio launch.

This single will be released by UTV Music. The single will be released from Radio Mirchi after which it will be launched in the internet.
