A new song composed by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja in Dhanush's voice is all set to storm the internet soon. It is none other than the first single of renowned director Vetrimaaran's 'Viduthalai'. Made in two parts, the filming was completed a few months ago and the makers started the dubbing works for part 1 very recently.

Now, the production has planned to kickstart the promotions with the release of the first song from the album on February 8. Starring Soori and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles, Viduthalai is based on the short story 'Thunaivan', penned by famous writer Jeyamohan. Elred Kumar produced the movie under the banner RS Infotainment.

The film also stars Prakash Raj, Kishore, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Menon, Rajiv Menon, Chethan and many others. The first part is expected to hit the screens in a few months while Red Giant Movies will be distributing Viduthalai in Tamil Nadu. The technical team includes Velraj as the DOP, Ramar as the editor, Jacki as the art director and Stun Shiva as the stunt master.
