Director Vetrimaaran has been hard at work on 'Viduthalai Part 2,' starring Soori and Vijay Sethupathi, since last year. Today, the movie team revealed the first look of this highly anticipated sequel with two striking posters, showcasing the two pivotal characters. The release of these posters has generated huge excitement among fans.

It was previously reported that Vijay Sethupathi's younger character will feature in 'Viduthalai Part 2,' with Manju Warrier playing his love interest. In one of the newly released posters, Vijay Sethupathi and Manju Warrier are depicted deeply in love, while the other showcases Sethupathi in a ruthless avatar. According to the first look, the movie is in the final stages of filming, further heightening the anticipation for its release.

Bankrolled by RS Infotainment and Grassroot Film Company, Viduthalai 2 also stars Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Manju Warrier, Bhavani Sre, Chetan, Rajiv Menon, Anurag Kashyap, Surya Vijay Sethupathi and others. The film features music composed by Ilaiyaraaja, cinematography by R. Velraj, and editing by R. Ramar. It is expected to hit screens either by the end of this year or in early 2025.
