Vetrimaaran's reaction to Thalapathy Vijay quoting his dialogue

Thalapathy Vijay hogged the limelight on all social and traditional media platforms after his speech at the students meet on June 17th caused huge sensation. The meet organized by the Vijay Makkal Iyakkam honored school toppers from all the 234 constituencies from Tamiil Nadu who attended the event along with their parents.
Speaking at the event held at the VMI premises in Neelangarai, Chennai, Vijay quoted the dialogue that Dhanush mouthed in Vetrimaaran's 'Asuran' to thunderous applause. The dialogue has the Sivasamy character telling his son 'They will take your property, they will take your land but no one can steal your education that alone is your weopon"
Later news persons caught up with Vetrimaaran who stated that it is a positive things that the intenese dialogue from his movie is further amplified by such a big superstar which will reach more people. He added that apart from Vijay's advice to read Periyaar, Ambedkar and Kamaraj students should also read about Arigniar Anna and his contribution in shaping todays' Tamil Nadu.
Meanwhile speculations again arose on social media that Vijay and Vetrimaaran are likely to join hands for 'Thalapathy 70' and that it wll be a political subject. Vetrimaaran's is currently planning to shoot a few days of patchwork for his 'Viduthalai 2' starring Vijay Sethupathi and Soori and next year he is all set to direct the long pending 'Vaadivaasal' starring Vijay.
On the other hand Vijay's 'Leo' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is releasing on October 19th after which he will start shooting for Venkat Prabhu's 'Thalapathy 68' that is expected to release in mid 2024. After that he is said to reunite with Atlee for 'Thalapathy 69' and realistically we will have till 2025 to see if 'Thalapathy 70' with Vetrimaaran will indeed happen.
