Maverick filmmaker Vetrimaaran is super busy giving the final touches for his new movie 'Viduthalai' starring Soori, Bhavane Sre, GVM and Vijay Sethupathi.  The film has music by Ilayaraja and is based on a the short novel "Thunaivan" written by Jeyamohan.

Vetrimaaran is gearing up to shoot his new movie 'Vaadivasal' starring Suriya and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu which is expected to happen after the release of 'Viduthalai'.  Meanwhile the ace director is also producing a new movie that has Andrea Jeremiah in the lead. We broke the news first to you regarding the Vetrimaaran-Andrea film and here is the update on the same.  According to reliable sources the shooting of the film directed by one of Vetrimaaran's assistants which progressed silently has neared completion with only a few days shoot left after which the remaining postproduction work will be done.  The female centric film also stars Lovelyn Chandrasekhar and the first look is on the way with all other details soon.

Vetrimaaran and Andrea earlier collaborated in the critically acclaimed blockbuster hit film 'Vada Chennai' costarring Dhanush, Aishwarya Rajesh, Kishore, Samuthirakani, Daniel Balaji and Ameer.
