Cinematographer Dharmaraj passed away

Veteran cinematographer Dharmaraj passed away at his residence in Saidapet Chennai due to a heart attack he suffered on Monday night. The 67 year old was unmarried and lived in a room in an area where his relatives also resided. Reportedly one of his relatives opened the door of his room since he did not come out in the morning and found his body.
Durairaj started his film career in 'Ezhavathu Manithan' starring Raghuvaran and enjoying a great rapport with the actor worked as cinematographer in many of his films including 'Kainaatu' and 'Michael Raj'. The last rites were held last evening.
