Veteran comedy hero S.Ve Shekar has resigned as a trustee in the Nadigar Sangam and has shot out a lengthy letter to the President Nassar in which he has poured out many allegations against the current office bearers. According to Sekhar he was requested by the new board to act as a trustee and give guidance when they won the elections but found that he was used only for signing decisions taken by them at their own will,
In the letter Sekhar has also alleged that in the recently held Natchathira Vizha seniors such as Directors Union President Vikraman, R. Sundarrajan, R. Parthiepan and others were insulted by not being invited. The drama artists whose votes the Pandavar Ani used to win the elections were also ignored and could have been used to stage a play at the event. He is of the opinion that Vishal and Karthi should learn from former President Vijayakanth about how to respect all seniors and not only Rajini and Kamal.
Further allegations from the senior member is that though the Nadigar Sangam won a case for encroaching a land worth 30 Crores the opposite party could go to the Supreme Court which could disrupt the building plans if the verdict is against. Finally Sekhar has warned the Pandavar Ani that he is not responsible for any actions by the board for which he had sought clarifications through email. He finishes off by predicting that the Pandavar Ani would never win another election and that they should take a leaf out of veteran Sivakumar's life to understand how to lead a straightforward public life.
