Venus Williams responsible for man's death?

A 78-year-old man reportedly died of head injuries after his car collided with that of Venus Williams at an intersection in Florida.
Williams was reported to have been driving at 8 kilometres an hour when she "darted" in front of another car, resulting in a broadside accident.
The man was admitted into a hospital for head trauma damages and died four days later. His wife, who was in the driver's seat, had broken bones and other injuries.
Williams was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol or otherwise distracted by any gadgets when the incident happened.
