It is curious that it takes only one failure to make even an otherwise successful hero to desperately look for something big.

Take Venkatesh for example. The man, popularly known as Victory Venkatesh, gave two consecutive hits with Vasnatham and Malleswari. Yet, the failure of Gharshana undid all his good work.

So Venky was made to feel that he was out of it. It didn't matter that he was doing a mega period film through Subhash Chandra Bose and sentimental family flick in Anandam.

Venky had to come up with something big for people to sit and take notice. And notice they will, as the handsome hero is all set to announce a new film.

Reports have it that Venky has roped in the whiz Shankar for his next movie. Shankar is currently busy with Anniyan (with Vikram). Once this is through, the duo will join hands and take up the new film.

The new movie, according to the grapevine, will be primarily a Telugu one but which will also be dubbed in Tamil.
