'Venky Mama' is not about 'Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan', despite its lead men playing a jawan and a kisan. It's about Jai Mama, Jai Alludu. That's what the First Glimpse says.

The versatile and superb Venkatesh plays a fun-loving, purposive character, while his 'alludu' plays a man with a target to hit. Naga Chaitanya plays a character who is loyal to his power-packed uncle in the movie. "Godavari lo eetha nerpa. Bari lo aata nerpa. Ippudu ee jathara lo veta nerpista," says Venky in his trademark style.

Starring Payal Rajput (as a teacher) and Raashi Khanna as the heroines, the comedy-family drama has been directed by Bobby (KS Ravindra) of 'Jai Lava Kusa' fame. With music by SS Thaman and cinematography by Prasad Murella, the entertainer has editing by Prawin Pudi.

The film is likely to release on December 1.
