This Sankranthi Trisha will have her first release of the year. 'Bodyguard' is all set to hit the marquee on Jan. 14. "I am waiting to know the audience's response," says the actress. The actress' pair up with Venkatesh has been the talk of the town. It is for this reason that she thinks it appropriate to recount her experience of having worked with Victory, as the actor is fondly called.

With Venkatesh donning the lead role in 'Bodyguard', Trisha has played the character which was made memorable by Nayanthara in Malayalam, Asin in Tamil and Kareena Kapoor in Hindi. "I have given my best to the role", she says.

Trisha adds: "This is third time for me to share the screen space with Venkatesh, after Aadavari Maataluku Ardhale Verule and Namo Venkatesa. He is a comfortable co-star. Bodyguard will be one more memorable movie for us, I believe."

At present, the Dammu actress is also shooting for 'Samaran' opposite Vishal in Tamil. "The year 2011 was great to me in all ways. I hope the same for 2012 too," she adds.
