Noted producer D Suresh Babu is producing 'Tulasi' on the banner of Suresh Productions with Venkatesh and Nayanatra in the lead. Venkatesh is playing the title role of Tulasi Reddy in this film.

It is learnt that the story revolves round a child character. The regular shooting of the film would begin very soon. Boyapati Srinu, who caught the mass pulse with his earlier film 'Badri' is directing this film, while Young Tarang Devi Sri Prasad is giving music for this flick.
