Venkatesh, One of the top heroes of Tollywood, is celebrating his birthday today. The actor, who made his debut with Kaliyuga Pandavulu in 1986, has carved a niche for himself as a versatile actor. He acted in several blockbusters including Bobbili Raja, Swarnakamalam, Prema, Chanti, Preminchukunda Ra, Kalisundam Ra, Nuvvu Naku Nachav, Malliswari among others.

On the professional front, Venkatesh is basking in the glory of back-to-back-hits like Gopala Gopala and Drushyam. After a brief hiatus of eight months, Venkatesh is gearing up to make a comeback with Maruthi directorial Bangaru Babu. Produced by S Naga Vamsi, the film will begin the principal shooting from December 16.
