Hanuma Vihari, who put in a terrific performance in the latest India Vs Australia test match, has come in for praise from Tollywood heroes. Venkatesh, who is a cricket buff, made it a point to salute the cricketer.
Taking to Twitter, the ‘F2’ actor described Vihari as a Hyderabadi boy. “Incredible determination by our Hyderabadi boy Hanuma Vihari. It was extremely impressive to see cricketers Ashwin, Pant and Pujara put up a tough fight and take control of the test match today. Can’t wait for Brisbane now,” the ‘Narappa’ actor wrote, inserting ‘Clapping hands’ and ‘Exploding head’ emojis.
‘Solo Brathuke So Better’ actor Sai Dharam Tej gave a pat on the back of other players as well. “Fantastic fight by Pujara, Pant, Ashwin and most importantly the wounded fighter Hanuma Vihari. Vihari has shown loads of character by fighting it out in the middle with a smile on his face at all times,” the Mega hero, whose film is currently running in theatres, said.
Akhil Akkineni, whose passion for cricket is well-known, wrote, “Wow! Isn’t this a proud moment?! Our very own Hanuma Vihari from Hyderabad. Congratulations on rising to the occasion brother! Hard work pays off!” The actor currently awaits the release of ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’, which stars Pooja Hegde as the heroine. Bommarillu Bhaskar has wielded the megaphone.
