Ahead of the festive seasons, the Narendra Modi government has launched an awareness campaign to instill a sense of COVID-related discipline in people. On Thursday, the Prime Minister gave a call to one and all to unite against the virus. "Let us #Unite2FightCorona! Let us always remember: Wear a mask. Wash hands. Follow social distancing. Practice ‘Do Gaj Ki Doori'. Together, we will succeed. Together, we will win against COVID-19 (sic)," he wrote.
Several celebs are expected to support the campaign. Already, 'Victory' Venkatesh has stepped in. "Cannot press on this issue enough! Request everyone to continue to fight against corona," the senior actor, who is currently doing 'Narappa' (remake of the Tamil film 'Asuran'), tweeted.
Rakul Preet Singh, who recently moved the Delhi High Court against alleged media trials in the drugs case, tweeted, "The three weapons to stay safe - wear a mask, wash your hands, and maintain social distancing. Let’s join the PM’s call for the fight against Covid, and keep ourselves and our families safe. #Unite2FightCorona! (sic)." She is doing Krish Jagarlamudi's film as well as Nithiin-Chandrasekhar Yeleti's 'Check'.
