In an industry where top heroes making blink-and-you-miss appearances is rare to come by, Victory Venkatesh making a guest appearance in Naga Chaitanya's Premam is noteworthy. Notably, Premam is being produced by the same production house which is producing Babu Bangaram.

In the past, Venky was seen in such appearances in two films. One is in Tarun-starrer Soggadu, produced by Suresh Babu. The other one is in Krishnam Vande Jagatgurum, which starred Rana Daggubati.

It may be noted that other stars like Nagarjuna, too, have followed a similar trend, although Nag has extended his boon to his friends. Recently, he played the guest in Takita Takita apparently because Bhumika's husband Bharat Thakur was associated with the project. Nag has mostly played a guest in films made by his home banner. In soon-to-be-released Annapurna Studious's Nirmala Convent, he will be seen in a guest role. In Mohan Babu's Adhipathi, however, he played a lengthier role. Early in his career, in Venkatesh's Trimurthulu, he played a guest role along with the likes of Krishna, Krishnamraju, and others.

Pawan Kalyan was seen in Shankardada MBBS, while Chiranjeevi was seen in Ram Charan's Bruce Lee.
