Venkatesh-Kalyan Ram-Anil Ravipudi Film Begins Regular Shoot; Makers Announce with Fun Promo Video

One of the most anticipated Telugu entertainers, starring Victory Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under the direction of blockbuster filmmaker Anil Ravipudi, has officially commenced its regular shoot. Tentatively referred to as #VenkyAnil5 and #NKRAR2, the film is being produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner and presented by Suresh Productions, Smt. Archana Presents, and Zee Studios.

Keerthy Suresh and Krithi Shetty play the female leads opposite Venkatesh and Kalyan Ram. After being launched with a grand pooja ceremony recently, the makers have now announced that regular shooting will begin in Hyderabad from tomorrow.

The announcement came through a hilarious promotional video that perfectly reflects Anil Ravipudi’s trademark style. Known for setting new trends in film promotions, the director once again showcased his creativity with a fun-filled concept that has quickly caught the attention of audiences.

In the video, Anil Ravipudi humorously talks about how much fans enjoy his promotional campaigns and jokingly claims that they consider him a master of promotions. He even mentions receiving a ceremonial sword and a “Veera Tilakam” as a mark of appreciation from fans.

The video then takes an unexpected turn as Venkatesh uses the sword to make a small cut on Anil Ravipudi’s thumb and ceremonially applies the “Veera Tilakam.” Kalyan Ram, Keerthy Suresh, Krithi Shetty, and music director G.V. Prakash Kumar follow suit, making for an entertaining and memorable promo that officially marks the beginning of the film’s journey.

The makers also revealed an interesting detail about the project. While the story is set against a Rayalaseema backdrop, the film will be a complete entertainer packed with fun and commercial elements.

The film boasts a strong technical crew, with G.V. Prakash Kumar composing the music, Sameer Reddy handling cinematography, Tammiraju serving as editor, and A.S. Prakash taking care of production design. S. Krishna is the executive producer.

Mounted on a grand scale, the much-awaited multistarrer is slated for a theatrical release during Sankranti 2027.
