The Malayalam film 'Drishyam 2' is yet to start streaming on Amazon Prime Video. But director Jeethu Joseph has already convinced Victory Venkatesh to act in its Telugu remake. Yes, the project has reportedly been finalized.
As per a report by TNM, the film will go on the floors in March. Joseph, the talented Mollywood director, is in Telangana to do a recce of locations.
The Telugu audience remembers 'Drushyam' and how special a movie it proved to be when it released in 2014. Venky reprised Mohanlal in the thriller. He is going to do the same in the sequel. Since 'Drushyam 2' is a sequel, Meena must already have been convinced to pair up with the 'Narappa' actor.
If the report is anything to go by, Venky will shoot for 'F3' and 'Drushyam 2' in the coming months. 'F3' is directed by Anil Ravipudi and is a thematic sequel to 'F2'.
