The low-key event happened at Venky's house in Hyderabad. Only family members were in attendance, say reports. The news of the engagement came out late in the night.

As for the wedding, it will take place later this year. The Daggubatis must be planning to make the wedding a grand affair. On the professional front, Ashritha is a trained baker. She is a foodie and is seemingly passionate about cuisines if her Instagram pics are anything to go by. She seems to be an entrepreneur-in-the-making.
