Venkatesh and Samantha in 'Piku' remake ?

Venkatesh never hesitates to act in the remakes of good films and now if reports are to be believed, he has now eyed the recently released Bollywood film 'Piku'.
Suresh Productions is said to have acquired the remake rights of the film and what's interesting is, Venkatesh is going to reprise Amitabh Bachchan, who played an old father in the film. Samantha will step into Deepika Padukone's shoes. She will be seen as Venky's daughter in the movie.
'Piku' is a family drama, which beautifully explores the relationship between an ageing father and his daughter. Keep watching this space for more details about the remake.
