Earlier news said that he has associated himself with the director of ‘Gamyam’, Krish and will start a new project with him soon. But, for some unsaid reasons the proposed project was shelved and even the script was not readied.

Latest update is, Venkatesh will act in a new film to be directed by Sreenu Vaitla. The script for this movie is ready and it will go to the floors on 12th March. Producers ‘Sye’ Giri and Suresh Babu will together be making this film on their production banner.
