Versatile filmmaker Venkat Prabhu recently delivered the blockbuster hit 'The Greatest Of All Time' (GOAT) starring Thalapathy Vijay, which continues to run successfully in theatres. Both the VFX de-aging and Vijay’s performance in the negative role have been highly praised by fans and critics alike.

In a recent interview, Venkat Prabhu shared insights about the original concept for Vijay’s de-aged look in 'GOAT'. The initial plan was to depict a 20-year-old version of Vijay with longer hair and minimal facial hair—different from what was eventually shown in the movie. The director explained that the final look was chosen after consulting with a fashion team from Mumbai.

Following this revelation, fans have taken to social media, creating stunning fan art showcasing the original design, with some expressing that the longer-haired look might have been a better fit for the young Vijay character. The buzz surrounding this alternate version is currently trending online. Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay is gearing up for his final film, 'Thalapathy 69'.
