After the release of his seventh directorial and debut production venture 'Chennai 600028 II' last year, it was announced that director Venkat Prabhu will do a film for Amma Creations banner of T.Siva which is celebrating its 25th year in film industry.

Now the title, cast and crew of this film to be directed by Venkat Prabhu has been announced in the audio launch function of Siva's another production venture 'Gemini Ganesanum Suruli Rajanum'.

The new film written and directed by VP has been titled as 'Party'. The film wold star Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan, Nassar, Sampath, Jai, Mirchi Siva, 'Kayal' Chandran, Regina Cassandra, Nivetha Pethuraj and Sanchitha Shetty in important roles.

For the first time Yuvan Shankar Raja will not be scoring music for a Venkat Prabhu film and in his place, Premji will be the music director of this film. Rajesh Yadav, the cinematographer of 'Chennai 28 II' has been retained as the cinematographer for this film too while Praveen KL will be the Editor.
