Director Venkat Prabhu has announced the title of his next film in the night of February 28, 2016.and has kept up the promise on date of announcement.

As it is being speculated Venkat Prabhu's seventh directorial will be the sequel to his super hit debut film 'Chennai 600028' and it has been aptly titled as 'Chennai 600028 II Innings' making a note on its cricket connection in the title itself.

The title of the film has been announced with a stunning motion poster with pulsating music of Yuvan and we have attached the same below.

The film will be produced by Venkat Prabhu under his newly launched banner Black Ticket Company with the musical of his regular companion and cousin Yuvan Shankar Raja. Editor Praveen KL has worked on the motion poster and it has been released a few hours before the scheduled time.

Though the official confirmation on other technical crew members and the cast is yet to come, sources close to the director assure that all the actors who played the lead roles in 'Chennai 600028' will be acting in the sequel also.
