Venkat Prabhu clarifies regarding the ‘Manmatha Leelai’ release issues through Twitter!

Director Venkat Prabhu, who recently made Simbu and SJ Suryah starrer blockbuster 'Maanadu', had already announced that his next directorial 'Manmadha Leelai' will be released today (April 1) in theatres. But the movie wasn't screened this morning due to unforeseen circumstances leaving the fans disappointed.
Now, it seems that the issues were sorted out, KDM was delivered to the theatres and noon shows started at 2 pm. Director Venkat Prabhu took to his Twitter page to share the happy news that the problems surrounding the film's release were cleared. He added that 'Maanadu' also faced release issues during morning shows but later turned out to be a super hit and he wishes the same for 'Manmatha Leelai'.
Venkat Prabhu tweeted, "History repeats!! And we wish the success too!!! KADAVUL IRRUKAAR !! Sorry about the morning shows!! #ManmamadhaLeelai is all yours from this matinee all over the WORLD!! Thank you for the love!! A small fun film made during the lockdown!! Hope u guys have fun!" (sic).
'Manmatha Leelai' stars Ashok Selvan, Samyuktha Hegde, Riya Suman and Smruthi Venkat in the lead roles. The movie is jointly produced by Rockfort Entertainment and Black Ticket Company with Premgi Amaran scoring the music, Thamizh A Azhagan handling the camera and Venkat Raajen serving as the editor.
