Director Venkat Prabhu had made his debut as a producer with his latest outing 'Chennai 600028 II' which turned out to be one of the blockbusters of 2016. Now Venkat Prabhu's Black Ticket Company banner is going to produce another film and this film directed by one of his former assistants.

Venkat Prabhu has announced that the second production venture of Black Ticket Company will be directed by Saravanan Rajan and Badri Kasthuri is joining him as one of the producers.
