Venkat Prabhu & Ajith to come together!

This doesn’t really come as a shocker for the director and actor share a great rapport. Venkat Prabhu helmed ‘Mankatha’ last year with Thala Ajith which became one of the biggest grocers of 2011 and was welcomed with open arms by fans for their Thala was seen as an out and out suave baddie, until the very end of the film!

Now, Venkat Prabhu took to his microblogging page and expressed, “Met namma Thala after a long time! We missed Mankatha days and both of us decided to come back soon! I hope it works”!

This piece of information has come as welcome news to Thala fans and a buzz is on about the genre of this film, for Venkat Prabhu already showcased a never seen before avatar of the matinee idol to audiences.

Venkat Prabhu will be working with Suriya for a project and Ajith is currently busy with work on ‘Billa 2’ which is touted to see light of the day on his birthday, May 1.
