Gautham Menon has gone far from his comfort zone once again and has attempted to treat his fans with a bit of gangsterism, fights and rawness in the film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. But another interesting clip from his blockbuster movie Vinnai Thandi Varuvaaya has now caught the attention of fans.

In the aforesaid clip, Silambarasan’s character Karthik who aspires to be a film director will explain the narrative gist of a gangster movie to VTV Ganesh. “How he came into this? How he became a rowdy, don and at last becomes Billa. That’s the story,” Karthik tells his cinematographer VTV Ganesh. Fans are now associating the clip with the recently released VTK movie and are sharing memes on social media pages.

Interestingly it is an undeniable fact that this is also the plot of Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu in a nutshell. “Appo Puriyala!! Ippo puriyuthu!!! Time travel ” wrote a fan of Simbu while sharing the clip. 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' is the story of a teenager from a rural region of Tamil Nadu who transforms into a gangster in 'Mumbai', and the film will have chapters to follow to describe more about the lead character.

'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' features Silambarasan and Siddhi Idnani in lead roles with Raadhika, Neeraj Madhav, Siddique, and Aangelina Abraham in supporting roles. The film is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, written by B. Jeyamohan and produced by Ishari K. Ganesh.
