Sivakarthikeyan fans are in a celebratory mood as his much anticipated movie ‘Velaikkaran’ is set to release in a few days. The film is directed by Mohan Raja whose ‘Thani Oruvan’ catapulted him to new heights.

In a recent interview, the lensman of the film Ramji opened up about ‘Velaikkaran’ et al related to it. Pouring praise for the ‘Velaikkaran’ team, Ramji states that the film is a unique film that will serve as a model and example for youngsters. 

Ramji also discloses that they were very careful about the appearance of Sivakarthikeyan in the movie. “As Sivakarthikeyan appears in three different looks, we had to modify his looks and scenes accordingly,” he stated.
 
Furthermore, Ramji also was heavy on praise for the art director Muthuraj. Ramji states that he didn’t show any hesitance even to grow drumstick/Moringa tree in the sets to give authenticity in addition to bringing in garbage and pipes to create a realistic ‘koovam’ appearance.

Not but the least Ramji also stated that the film’s bankroller Raja exhibited brilliant manegerial prowess during the shoot of the film. Even though exorbitant money was spent, he was never hesistant to remove certain scenes which obstructed the flow of narration, Ramji stated. 

Going by what Ramji has stated, it is evident that the ‘Velaikkaran’ team has sweated it out to bring out the movie. No wonder fans are excited to catch Sivakarthikeyan, Naynathara in ‘Velaikkaran’ which is set to hit the screens on December 22.
