The latest buzz from the film industry is that Veeru Potla, who had earlier directed films like Manoj's 'Bindaas' and Nag's 'Ragada' is all set to direct Power Star Pawan Kalyan.

It is learnt that Veeru narrated a story to Pawan Kalyan recently. The latter was impressed with it and gave a green signal to the director.

Presently, the Power Star is busy with his film 'Kaali' directed by Vishnuvardhan, besides 'Prince of Peace' under the direction of Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. Soon, he is likely to joint the shooting of 'Gabbar Singh', a remake of a Bollywood blockbuster 'Dabangg'.

So, Veeru's film might be started once the hero turns free, i.e. next year. Meanwhile, the director was asked to work for the complete script work and other pre-production activities for the smooth start of the film.
