Writer-turned-director Veeru Potla has impressed Akkineni Nagarjuna with a story-line. Our sources confirm that the Bindaas director will soon wield the megaphone for a Nag movie. It is said that Kamakshi Kala Movies' D Shiva Prasad Reddy will produce the film.

As is well-known, Nag is currently busy with shooting for a movie under the direction of Radha Mohan of Akasamantha fame. The yet-to-be-titled film will complete its schedule in summer, later which the new movie with Mr. Potla will kick off.

The details of other cast and crew are yet to be announced, however it is learnt that the film will star a new heroine opposite Nag.

Meanwhile, D Shiva Prasad Reddy's film with Naga Chaitanya will commence in the first week of May, in Los Angeles. Directed by Ajay Bhuyan and co-starred by Kajal Agarwal, the film, in Chaitu's own words, will see him playing an energetic youth.
