Vedika heroine of 'Eriyum Thanal'?

Bala is gearing up with his next project ÂEriyum Thanal. This film sees tall and handsome Atharva in the lead. The hunt is on for finding a face to act opposite Atharva and many names are being tossed by speculators. The latest name now doing the rounds is that of Vedika. Earlier it was Amy Jackson, but the actress has dismissed the same as rumors.
Vedika debuted in ÂMadarasi and was seen in ÂMuniÂ, ÂSakkarakatti and ÂMalai Malai. Now there are rumors doing the rounds that she has been signed to act opposite Atharva in this family drama. But there is no official confirmation regarding this yet. The pre-production works for this film is going on full throttle. The director who keeps trying out different things with the characters in his films is planning to do the same with his current hero Atharva.
The actor is on a Âno show mode, probably because of strict instruction from his director to stay away from crowds. The film will also have some important role for the on-screen parents of Atharva, we hear. ÂEriyum Thanal will have music by GV Prakash. This will be the first time the National Award winner is associating with GV Prakash.
Meanwhile Atharva is gearing up for the release of his romantic film with Amala Paul, ÂMuppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal, the music for which is already a hit with film music lovers.
