Vedhika dares to do what no modern heroine has attempted

Vedhika is one actress who is intent on doing roles of substance as evidenced in films like Bala's Paradesi' and Vasanthabalan's Kaaviya Thalaivan' among others.
Now Prabhu Deva Studios is producing a new psychological thriller Vinothan' which has newcomer Varun in the lead role with Vedhika playing a daring role of a 60 year old woman throughout the film which has not been attempted by any modern heroine. This decision of Vedhika is really laudable as many so called top heroines reject roles that require them to play mother of a toddler even. 'Vinothan' is directed by Victor Jayaraj and filming is set to begin from the end of this month.
