It is not a deliberate act that makes us write about ‘Vedam’ in our daily pages but the movie is as such creating waves through out. The latest update from the makers of the movie is that, the movie has collected a gigantic figure of Rs.10.50 crores in India alone.

A record 225 prints of ‘Vedam’ were screened across 350 screens on June 4th with a positive word of mouth. As for the director, Krish has received excellent feedback for his direction and the movie s now a commercial success because of Gnana Shekar’s camera work and MM Keeravani’s music and rerecording.

Not just India, the movie had opened to packed houses even in USA. According to a few people in USA, the movie was the largest Telugu grosser this year so far. Interestingly, though the movie is poised as an urban movie, it has received overwhelming response even in the rural areas.

The producers Arka Media work and their team thank the Telugu audience for making the movie a super hit and appreciating the work and effort put by their team.
