"The Script. The Team. My next. My heart skipped a few beats when I heard this," Vijay Deverakonda today tweeted, sharing the news about his 12th film. The untitled flick, touted to be a period cop drama, is directed by 'Jersey' fame Gowtam Tinnanuri.
Through the announcement poster, Sithara Entertainments tried to create the feeling that VD12 is going to be an inventive film wherein the 'Liger' actor will be seen as a cop for the first time. For some unknown reason, he is seen fully masked right from his forehead down. "Don't know where I belong, to tell you whom I betrayed." The quote mentioned on the poster is attributed to an unknown spy.
Producer Naga Vamsi S, who has teamed up with Sai Soujanya's Fortune Four Cinemas, earlier described the movie as spectacular. "We are not going to say that this is earth-shattering or MASSive or HUUUGE but this is something spectacular," he tweeted. 'Jersey', too, was produced by Naga Vamsi's banner. A landmark Telugu film, it won two National Awards. VD12 is going to be Gowtam's second Telugu film.
