Vasundhara of 'Vattaram' and 'Peranmai' fame is back in the hunt. She is eagerly expecting the release of 'Thenmerku Paruvakattru', a film which would feature her in the role of a village girl.

Directed by Seenu Ramasamy of 'Koodal Nagar', newcomer Sethu and Vasundhara play the lead roles in the movie. Chezhiyan cranks the camera. Tamil writer Ajayan Bala and veteran actress Saranya play key roles.

"Seenu Ramasamy proved his worth in Koodal nagar. He is a phenomenal talent and knows to extract the best from his artistes. ‘Thenmerku Paruvakattru’ will be a movie to reckon with in my career", Vasundhara says.

Says Seenu Ramasamy, "the movie revolves around mother-son bondage and has come really good. All the actors, including Vasundhara, have given their best to the film which will hit the screens soon."
